men's fellowship
On the first Saturday of July, the men will engage in a time of fellowship. July 5 at 8:30am, all men are invited to head to Kat's Patch in Troutman for breakfast.

On Sunday, July 6, we will enjoy a time of fellowship during First Sunday Meal. Since it is close to Independence Day, our theme will be cookout/picnic. Bring your favorite cookout/picnic foods to share.
HELP FOR THE HOMELESS
We have a chance to serve our homeless neighbors on Saturday, July 12. Tuesday nights have posed a problem (getting off work, traffic, etc.), so this might be a chance for more people to join in! We will meet at the church in time to leave by 10am.

july focus
In July, we shift our focus to Fellowship. Take time this month to visit/spend time with friends or family. The way that we, as a church, will live out this focus is by having Bible study in the fellowship hall this entire month. We will continue to discuss "Jesus is our Soon-Coming King". Read Matthew 24-25 in preparation.

Operation christmas child
As we enter the month of July, there are new items needed for the shoeboxes. Toiletries or hygiene products - deodorant, band-aids, feminine products, tissues, etc. - are the suggested donations. Though not very exciting, these items make a huge difference for kiddos who may not have access to simple necessities.
Monthly:
January - hats, mittens, gloves
February - toothbrushes, floss
March - toy
April - soap, washclothes
May - coloring books, crayons
June - jump rope
July - toiletries
August - school supplies
September - ball or doll
October - hair care
November - box and sox
